DynID is the integrated logon credentials that allows customers to: (1) access both Managed DNS and Email with one logon, (2) create and manage their own support tickets, (3) reset passwords online or forgot my password, and (4) manage credit cards for billing.

In addition to a single DynID, Dyn accounts still benefit from a 2-Factor Authentication process for increased account security.

Resetting Your Password

1. Log onto your account with your DynID to view the Dashboard. SSO Step 7
2. Select Manage Account. Manage DynID Account
3. Select Password under Your Account. DynID Password
4. Enter your current password and the new password into the fields as marked.

The Password Requirements list will change to green check marks when all the requirements for the new password are met.

5. Click Update Password to save the new password for your DynID. DynID Update Password


Forgot My Password

 1. On the DynID Login page, click Forgot Password? Forgot DynID Password
 2. Enter your DynID email account and click Request Password Reset.

A reset password email will be sent to the email address you entered.

 3. Follow the directions in the email.

 4. Click the link in the email and confirm your DynID email address, and then click Next to continue. DynID Confirm Reset
 5.  (Optional) Enter a 2FA code, if your account has 2FA, and then click Next to continue. DynID 2FA verification
 6. Create your new password and enter it twice in the boxes provided, and then click Next to continue. Create new DynID Password
7. Log in with your DynID email and your new password.

8. Click Verify & Complete.

Note: This login completes the reset password procedure.
