The Manage Security link on the portal page includes access to resetting your DynID password, linking another DynID supported product, and setting 2-Factor Authentication for your user logon. The links on this page contain the instructions for all these activities.

Note: 2-Factor Authentication is set globally for the entire account by your Administrator.

DynID is the integrated logon credentials that allows customers to: (1) access both Managed DNS and Email with one logon, (2) create and manage their own support tickets, (3) reset passwords online, and (4) manage credit cards for billing.
