Dyn Remote Access (DynDNS Pro) customers are not eligible for telephone support.

To obtain your account number, please do the following:
- Log into your Dyn account: https://account.dyn.com/entrance/.
- Click on Account Settings. Your account information including your account number will be visible.
Dyn Managed DNS Including Dyn Managed DNS Express
Dyn Managed DNS and Dyn Managed DNS Express customers are not prompted for an account number when calling directly into Dyn Technical Support. Please ensure you have your Customer Name ready, as well as billing information in the event you need to verify your identity.
