In order to connect with Dyn Customer and Technical Support, you must furnish a 10-digit account number when prompted by our phone system.

Dyn Remote Access (DynDNS Pro) customers are not eligible for telephone support.

We have made every reasonable attempt to provide a comprehensive knowledge base that covers the vast majority of technical issues that one may encounter when using this product. In the unlikely event that your technical issue falls outside the scope of this documentation, we encourage you to contact us via email or to visit dyncommunity.com for user-to-user support.

Dyn.com Incl. Remote Access, Standard DNS, Inbound Mailhop, et. al.

To obtain your account number, please do the following:

  1. Log into your Dyn account: https://account.dyn.com/entrance/.
  2. Click on Account Settings. Your account information including your account number will be visible.

Dyn Managed DNS Including Dyn Managed DNS Express

Dyn Managed DNS and Dyn Managed DNS Express customers are not prompted for an account number when calling directly into Dyn Technical Support. Please ensure you have your Customer Name ready, as well as billing information in the event you need to verify your identity.

Note: Managed DNS Express customers with questions about billing will still need their Dyn account number to reach Dyn Customer Support for billing concerns.

Dyn Email Delivery Including Dyn Email Delivery Express

Dyn Email Delivery and Dyn Email Delivery Express customers are not prompted for an account number when calling directly into Dyn Technical Support. Please ensure you have your Master Account Email Address ready, as well as billing information in the event you need to verify your identity.

Note: Email Delivery Express customers with questions about billing will still need their Dyn account number to reach Dyn Customer Support for billing concerns.
