The Real Time Traffic Management Service page contains monitoring and configuration information separated into five(5) tabs. Select the link that corresponds with the information you need.

Best practice recommendations for setting up your RTTM service after adding the service to your account:

1. Create Address Pool(s) by adding IP Address or CNAME of servers.

2. Create Balancing Rules for how DNS info will be served for queries on the system.

3. Use Service Controls to setup network protocol defaults to define health of the target systems and to setup notifications in the event of a failure.

4. The Status and Logs tabs will be used to monitor the health of your network going forward.

Status **NOTE: The status tab is only visible after an IP pool has been defined.
