Why can I not change the password of an update user when I’m logged in?
Only the Owner accounts can change user passwords since only the Owner can create/delete users. If you would like to be able to make these updates, the Owner account should log in and change your user role to also be “Owner.”
I forgot my password.
Password resets and changes can be performed by an account holder with Owner permission levels. All password resets requests should be directed to an account holder who has Owner permissions levels.
For password resets on Owner accounts, when no additional account holders have Owner permissions levels, please contact the Concierge help desk for further assistance.
