  1. I entered my user name and password, but when I click Log In the fields go blank.  What am I doing wrong?
    You entered your password incorrectly.  Re-enter your user name and password.  If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the instructions here.
  2. I forgot my II-Network password. How do I reset it?
    Follow the instructions here to reset your password.
  3. I tried to log in and got an error 403 Forbidden, Account not licensed for this product message.  What does this mean?
    The user name you used for your login is not listed as a user name in the II-Network system.  Please retype your user name correctly to log in or go to http://dyn.com/dyn-internet-intelligence/trial/ to request a free 14 day trial.
