Use the following information to edit the SMTP password in your Email Delivery account.

Note: Be sure to reset your sending platform’s credentials.
1. In Email Delivery, open the Accounts view. Email Delivery Account view
3. Find the account you want to edit, and then click the Edit icon. Edit User Account
4. Under SMTP Authentication, enter the new SMTP password in the SMTP Password field. Re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field. Email Delivery SMTP password
5. Click Save. Save Button
Note: You can test your credentials by using a telnet connection to smtp.email.dynect.net 25.
