The Load Data and Upload File options are two versions of the same process. Both options allow you to create a zone by using the DNS master file with the zone data in BIND or tinydns format. The only difference is whether you want to copy and paste the file contents into the Dyn Managed DNS interface (Load Data) or if you want to upload the file itself (Upload File).
