Note: These instructions only pertain to the Dyn Managed DNS UI Beta.
The Zones Report shows how much DNS traffic your zones have received for up to the past 90 days. Use DNS query counts by zone to better understand the distribution of queries or ensure new zones and configurations are working correctly. DNS query counts are initially displayed for the last 30 days by default. Use the date range feature to view query counts for different periods of time.
The following information is displayed on the Zones Report:
Total Queries – Shows the calculated sum of all queries across all zones for the date period selected.
Zones – The zones that received queries within the date range selected. By default, the data is sorted by Query Count.
Zone Name – The name of the zone that received queries in the date range selected.
Query Count – Represents the number of DNS queries received by your zones.
Query % – Represents the percentage of total queries for each zone.
