Dyn accepts the following payment methods. While credit card refunds are applied directly to the original card, checks and money orders may only be refunded as Dyn vouchers. You can learn more about our refund policy here. All payments must be in USD.
Our preferred method of payment is credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for all online transactions.
Purchases made by credit card will appear on your monthly statement as “DYN*DYN.COM/CHARGE 603-6684998”. If you have any questions about charges on your credit card, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your username, the invoice ID of your purchase, and any other relevant information.
We accept paper checks and money orders in USD and drawn on United States banks. Once received, your account will be credited with Dyn vouchers.
Checks must be clearly labeled with your username, or we will not be able to credit your account. You should write your username directly on the check itself or on attached documentation to ensure the credit is applied in a timely manner. Refunds will only be made with Dyn vouchers.

Dyn vouchers are like gift certificates, and can be applied to any purchase on our website. They do not expire and are non-transferable. Any services refunded to vouchers cannot be further refunded to the original payment source, such as a credit card.
