Occasionally, it may be necessary to delete an UpdateUser or a regular user from your Managed DNS account. Use these directions to access the appropriate location to make these changes.

To Delete an Update User
1. Select Manage Users from the Manage Account tab. Manage Account tab
2. Click the Username of the user you want to delete. Username to delete
3.  Click Delete. Delete button
4. Managed DNS will ask for confirmation on the delete action.  Select Remove to delete the user. Delete user confirmation
To Delete a User
1. Select Manage Users from the Manage Account tab. Manage Account tab
2. Click the Username of the user you want to delete. User list
3.  Click Delete in the Details section of the User view. Delete button
